Payments & Refunds

Payment for our Wellbeing Hubs and Healthy Memory Café can be made in cash at any of the hubs, online or by bank transfer/standing order. We kindly ask that weekly and monthly options are paid for in advance by the first working day of that week/month. For example:

  • If you wish to pay for a week of unlimited hubs, please pay on or before the Monday of that week, unless the Monday is a bank holiday, in which case payment will be required on the next working day.
  • If you wish to pay for a month of unlimited hubs, please pay on or before the 1st of that month, unless the 1st is a weekend or bank holiday, in which case payment will be required on the next working day.

If you have paid in advance and find you are no longer able to attend (i.e. if you become unwell), please contact us as soon as possible and we may be able to transfer your payment to a future session/week/month. If you do not know when you can return, we may be able to offer you a refund, however this is subject to Caring Herts CIC’s discretion and will require a conversation between us and yourself to discuss your circumstances.
