Are you worried about your memory? Have you been diagnosed with dementia? Are you a carer, friend or family member of someone living with memory problems? If so, the Healthy Memory Café is here for you.
Our friendly weekly sessions in Letchworth provide a safe, welcoming and relaxed environment for people living with memory difficulties or dementia, along with their family members or carers, to attend together.
The Healthy Memory Café is supported by a Dementia Nurse Consultant and a dedicated team of volunteers, offering guidance, reassurance and practical advice.

What to expect

- Listening to music (singing along is optional – but warmly encouraged!)
