As a non-profit organisation, Caring in Herts CIC charge attendees a small fee to cover the cost of running our Wellbeing Hubs and Healthy Memory Café. Your first session is free, then you can choose whether to pay as you go, weekly or monthly.
It costs £8 to attend a single hub in one week, £15 to attend multiple hubs in a week, £30 to attend a single hub every week in a month, or £60 to attend multiple hubs over the course of a month. For weekly and monthly options, we kindly ask that you pay in advance by the first working day of that week/month. See full terms and conditions.
Carers attend free of charge when accompanying the person they support. Please speak to a member of the team to confirm this arrangement.
Payment can be made in cash at any of the hubs, online, by bank transfer or by standing order. For bank transfers and standing orders, please speak to a member of the team to get our details.
